Environment Assessment

We document your current Intapp deployment — version, modules, customizations, database size, and all active integrations. You get a written assessment with our recommended migration approach, timeline, and risk factors before any work begins.

Cloud Environment Build

We provision and configure your Intapp Cloud tenant — SSO, user roles, security policies, and base module configuration — before touching any data. This gives us a validated target environment to migrate into.

Integration Rebuild

All integrations — Elite 3E or Aderant, iManage or NetDocuments, HR/payroll, and any custom Intapp Open connectors — are rebuilt and tested in the cloud environment using non-production data.

Data Migration & Validation

Historical data is migrated in batches with automated count reconciliation. We validate record counts, spot-check data integrity, and sign off on each module before proceeding. Nothing moves to production until it passes.

Parallel Running & UAT

Both environments run simultaneously for 2–4 weeks. End users test the cloud environment while the on-premise system remains live. We reconcile any discrepancies before the cutover date.

Cutover & Decommission

A coordinated go-live with DataWarrant on-site (or on-call). On-premise system is retired after a validation period. Post-go-live support included for 30 days.
